Cheque Mate is a professional company specializing in small business accounting. We process books with Simply Accounting, QuickBooks and CanTax T1 programs. Our company has been serving Calgary small business owners for the past 10 years, and we also have an additional 20 years experience in the bookkeeping field.
We have many different clients that we deal with on a consistent basis ranging from lawyers, accountants, real estate agents, web designers and financial and investment consultants. With all these connections at our fingertips, we can help you in many areas of your business.
Carol (C.J.) Ridders
has been working in the accounting field since 1979. Having a working knowledge of many different industries including Arboriculture, Construction, Custom Design, Excavating, Geology, Hair Salons, House Cleaning, Instrumentation, IT Services, Sales and Marketing, SAP Consulting, and much more, she can assist companies in keeping their bookkeeping records in good order. With such a diversified Calgary based clientele, she has gained a working knowledge of different issues that arise in the market.
has been working with Simply Accounting since 1998 and became a Platinum Certified Consultant in 2009. She is also a QuickBooks Pro Advisor and has been working with the program since 2002. In 2010, earned her Certified Professional Bookkeepers designation with the Institute of Professional Bookkeepers of Canada. She is also a member of LinkedIn and Sage Spark.
